All rental locations require the following:

 

1.  Reservation Application (see each location for the packet)

2. Coverage of Insurance for each event GatherGuard Insurance Coverage

3. A $50.00 Non-Refundable Reservation Fee (not part of the overall rental cost)

 

4.  Temporary Food Permit-If Preparing Food QVHD Temporary Food License

 

5.  Liability Waiver-for all field usage Liability Waiver for Fields

 

AIRPORT RESERVATIONS (760 Amity Road):

The airport property includes two large recreational fields and two horse rings.

RENTAL COSTS:      Non-Resident: $300.00 (PER DAY)
                                     Resident:  $200.00 (PER DAY)

Holds approximately 40-48 people.  Has one small kitchenette and one ADA bathroom.
Event Length:  Four (4) hours, including set up and clean up.

     Resident:  $100.00
     Non-Profit/Committee/Commission:  Fee waived (upon approval)
