
Effective July 1, 2025, the fees to record documents in Connecticut is increasing, in accordance with Public Act 25-168.
To record a regular document, the cost will be $70 for the first page and $5 for each additional page.
To record a nominee document for Assignments and Releases of Mortgages where the nominee is the Grantor, the cost will be a $160 flat fee.
To record all other nominee documents, the cost will be $160 for the first page and $5 for each additional page.
