NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CONTINUATION TOWN OF BETHANY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
A public hearing continuation will be held at the regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting scheduled for Wednesday, January 7, 2026, in the Commission Meeting Room of the Bethany Town Hall, 40 Peck Road, Bethany, Connecticut. The regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting is regularly scheduled to commence at 7 p.m. The Public Hearing is scheduled to commence at 7:15 p.m. to consider the following applications: Application #2025-011 TSC Properties LLC 211 Cheshire Road B&I Zone- MBL 120-22A. The permit submission for the construction of two 10,000 square feet commercial buildings and associated improvements for a construction company. Application #2025-012 Kevin Cox 65 Emerald Lane R-65 Zone MBL 107-27-5. The permit submission for a plant nursery, a cut & pick your own, and other related activities.
