The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Bethany will hold a Public Hearing on Monday February 9, 2026, at 7:00 pm in the Commission Meeting Room
of Bethany Town Hall, 40 Peck Road, Bethany, Connecticut to hear the application by Robert Marinko, Sr. and Lori Marinko appealing the decision of Zoning Enforcement Officer regarding the property owned by Hop Brook Storage located at 43-51 Russell Road. The foregoing application file is available for review during regular business hours in the Land Use Department at the Bethany Town Hall, 40 Peck Road.
The public is invited to attend and be heard. This will be a hybrid meeting. Zoom link available on the agenda on the town website.
